I'm Dale, and I'd love to help you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals!
December 2007 I tipped the scales at over 16 st. After numerous failed gym memberships and diets I had reached my lowest point mentally and physically. This was when I realised that there was no single solution that would help but that I had to change my entire life style. I have found over the years of being involved in the fitness industry that there are very few Personal Trainers who have been in a similar situation that I found myself in 2007. This was the main reason why I became a Personal Trainer where my life experience could help others to meet their goals.
I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3),Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes and Exerciser Referral Instructor Level 3. I also hold a B-Tech Level 3 Award in Education and Training. I am also a fully qualified first aider. I hold a current Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate(DBS) Date of issue:12th April 2017.
When choosing a Personal Trainer it is important to pick someone that will get you to the goals you want in your life. This must be the person who is with you every step of the way, who will keep you motivated and focused when times get tough, can be contacted easily between sessions for advice, has life experience and provides a professional but friendly service and most importantly is 100% focused on YOU!
