30 Day Fitness Challenge - Day 1


Welcome to day 1 of your 30 day fitness challenge!


To get started we will be performing 3 very simple but very effective body weight exercises!

Warm Up


Dynamic Arm Swings

  • Perform 12 Repetitions

  • 1 Set

  • Increase the range of motion with every repetition until.





Dynamic Squats & Overhead Raises

  • Perform 12 Repetitions

  • 1 Set

  • Increase the range of motion with every repetition until.






Main Workout



Body Weight Lunges

  • Perform 10 Repetitions each leg.

  • 2 Sets.

  • Take a 30 seconds rest between sets.







Press Up

  • Perform 10 Repetitions.

  • 2 Sets

  • Take a 30 seconds rest between sets.





Glute Bridge

  • Perform 10 Repetitions.

  • 2 Sets.

  • Take a 30 seconds rest between sets.
