Monday Workout

Today we will be performing 3 exercises worked back to back that will work your back, chest and core muscles.

  • Perform 3 sets of each exercise back to back.

  • 15 Repetitions each exercise.

  • Give yourself 60 seconds rest once you have completed the 3 exercises straight after each other!
