Here is 3 great exercises to give your upper body a great workout!


Very Simple but yet very effective!



  1. Close Grip Push Up


  • Works the chest, shoulders, back of arms and tummy muscles.

  • Perform 3 sets

  • 12 Reps each set

  • Give yourself 60 seconds rest between each set.


2. Upright Kettlebell Row


  • Works the upper back, shoulders and arms.

  • Perform 3 sets

  • 12 Reps each set

  • Give yourself 60 seconds rest between each set.


3. Shoulder Press


  • Works the shoulders, core and arms.

  • Perform 3 sets

  • 12 Reps each set

  • Give yourself 60 seconds rest between each set.
