Lets get jump straight in!


Day 10 - Cardio Circuit




Jumping Jacks - 60 seconds



Mountain climbers - 60 seconds



Running on the spot - 60 seconds



Notes:

Perform 60 seconds of each exercise before moving onto the next. Take no rest in between exercises. Once all 3 exercises are completed then take a 60 seconds break.


We will perform 3 sets of this circuit to give you that extra challenge!
